What is a Mindset Mentor – and how is it different from a coach?
A Mindset Mentor is trained in a structured method called NordicMindset™, designed to help people shift their thinking, manage emotions, and build long-term mental strength. Unlike many coaches, mentors in this program use a set of 41 specific tools to create deep and lasting change – not just surface-level motivation.
Do I need to be a therapist or coach to join?
No – you don’t need any formal education, certificate, or experience in psychology or coaching. This program is designed for people who are passionate about helping others, and ready to build a purpose-driven career using a step-by-step system. We teach you everything.
How long does the certification take – and how flexible is it?
You can start anytime and study at your own pace. Most students finish within 4–6 months, depending on their schedule. Everything is online, with weekly sessions, support calls and 24/7 access to the learning platform – perfect if you’re working or have a family.
